For the first official state visit to the Netherlands in 25 years, Hungarian President János Áder visited with the Dutch King, where they discussed climate change, water crisis prevention, and the transformation of energy production. As part of the visit, President Áder visited the Koningshoeven BioMakery, where he met with Biopolus founder István Kenyeres for a private tour of the wastewater treatment facility. President Áder spoke of the facility as successful Dutch-Hungarian cooperation, which will strengthen Hungary’s position within the global wastewater treatment market.
